Information reaching our news desk has it that popular Author, Therapist, meditation teacher, storyteller, and musician, Ralph De La Rosa, has sadly passed away. According to reports on social media, Ralph died on May 14, 2025.
His death was announced to the public by Amanda, Ralph’s assistant, through his official YouTube channel.
His cause of death was not disclosed to the public at the time of filing in this report.

While words can never fully capture the depth of who Ralph was, we want you to know how deeply they loved and cherished each of you—their students, clients, colleagues, friends, and family.
Ralph devoted their life to healing, awakening, and connection. Whether through meditation, therapy, writing, or simply sitting with someone in their pain, they brought a radiant presence and an open heart to all they did. Ralph believed in the innate goodness of every human being and helped so many of us reconnect with that truth in ourselves.

He is the author of three internationally published books about trauma recovery, meditation, and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of psychotherapy.
