The Music Theatre Guild of Victoria is deeply saddened by the passing of Nicole Lylak, cherished Life Member of PLOS Musical Productions.
Nicole’s love of theatre went far beyond the stage. She gave generously of her time and talents, serving the Guild as both an Open Judge and a Junior Judge, as well as a valued Relief Judge when called upon. Her thoughtful insights, encouragement, and warmth enriched productions across Victoria and supported the growth of countless performers and companies.
Through her volunteering, Nicole embodied the very spirit of community theatre such as mentorship, generosity, and a genuine love for the art form. Her impact will be felt in every curtain call and every young performer she helped nurture.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Nicole’s family, friends, and the PLOS community. She will be remembered with gratitude and admiration, and her legacy will live on in the theatre she loved so dearly.
