Tributes has flooded the social media following the sudden demise of Sophie Steigerwald a student of Montana State University in Bozeman. According to information shared online, Sophie sadly passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
Her death came as a shock to many who knew her as nobody expected to hear such sad news at this time.
Born on November 26, 2004 in Mount Vernon, Washington Sophie attended Heritage High School where she co-captained the girls volleyball team leading the program to the state tournament her senior year. She was beginning her junior year at Montana State University in Bozeman.
Tributes has flooded the social media with many describing her as one of the kindest soul in ever to exit on earth.
