Information reaching our news desk indicates that Louis Todaro, an industry leader who heads Black Iron Development, a real estate development company based in Southern California, has passed away. The news of his death was announced to the public in a series of posts made on social media.

Taken me a day to put this into words…I always said that the best times of my life were my High school years amd never had soo much fun especially going to Catholic School at DePaul and meeting new people and friends from different places other than Bloomfield where I grew up..But not only did make a lot of lifelong friendships at DePaul including my best friend Nick Giella…the both of us got adopted by a group of public school kids from Wayne who treated us like we grew up with them our whole lives. A group of guys who I still talk to and see all the time and will consider family for the rest of my life..One of those guys is Louis Todaro …When I met Louis he was larger than life and still was til the last time I saw him..From going to all his dj gigs to running around all over NYC when fuckin NYC WAS NYC…to the summers down the shore…especially the summer in the Dunes (Best summer Ever)…To then him coming to visit me at Iona and partying all over the place..to him taking me and Nick under his wing the first time we went to WMC…There was NEVER a fuckin dull moment when we were together…I like to think I knew a lot of people goin out back then and was taken care of wherever I went..but Louis knew everyone and he had us taken care of to a whole other level.
