The Canberra community is mourning the sad demise of one of a one-of-a-kind, hearted soul, Damon Reardon. Damon was reported to have died on Saturday, 28th June 2025, a post made by the family on Facebook confirms.
The wife announced the news of Damon Reardon’s death through a post made on his official Facebook page.

It is with tremendous heartbreak and immeasurable grief that I, our two princesses Aria and Oaklen, and our unborn princess share the passing of our superhero daddy, my soulmate, our forever guardian angel.
Saturday, 28th of June 2025, Damon passed away, making his way to be with his two best mates, Hustle and Legacy, who I know were waiting right at the gates for him, sticks in mouths for a round of fetch.
My love, my future husband, my best friend, you changed my life. You have shown me a love that is once in a lifetime, that can never be replaced.
You have given me three beautiful reasons to continue in this life without you here.
Damon Reardon’s cause of death was not disclosed to the public, but a GoFundMe page created by Kyle Zuccato states that he tragically lost his life. The post further stated that he was a worker from Loco Electrical and a member of JWLand Construction.

It is with great sadness that I share the heartbreaking news of the recent passing of a valued member of our extended construction family — a worker from Loco Electrical, who tragically passed away last week.
On behalf of everyone at JWLand Construction, I wish to extend our deepest and most sincere condolences to the family, friends, and workmates of the deceased. Our thoughts are with you all during this profoundly difficult time.
We understand that this loss will be felt deeply across the site, especially among those who worked closely with Loco Electrical.
