Information that flooded social media a couple of hours ago has it that Jackson Philip Bailey has sadly passed away. Jackson Bailey, who was a defensive Lineman for the Prairie View A&M Panthers, was reported to have died on June 9, 2025.
His cause of death or the circumstances surrounding his sad demise were not disclosed at the time of filing this report.
Jackson joined PVAMU a couple of years ago after his exit from Louisiana-Monroe.
Jackson’s sister, Taylor Bailey, through a post on her official Facebook page, announced the sad demise of her brother.

A loving son, brother, teammate, LB, and friend—his presence was a gift to everyone who knew him. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Funeral details TBA.
