Cosmo Silverman has been identified as the 15-year-old boy killed in a collision in the parking lot of Campbell on Wednesday afternoon.
According to authorities, Cosmos sadly lost his life in the crash while five other people were badly injured and are receiving treatment.
The Los Angeles Police Department reports from their spokesperson, the teenager was hit by a green 2025 Rivian SUV while crossing the parking lot and pinned against a white SUV and suffered severe injuries.
He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment, but sadly succumbed to the injuries from the crash.
The LA Fire Department statement states that five persons involved in the terrible incident (Two Minors and Three Adults) received non-life-threatening injuries at the scene of the crash.
The Supervisor, LA County Board of Supervisors, confirmed the incident through a post made on X.
